Adult Content and Consent Policy

NudesO is intentionally focused on explicit AI-generated adult imagery. Adult content is allowed only when it is lawful, consensual, AI-generated, and depicts every person or character as unambiguously 18 or older.

Age requirements

You must be at least 18 and the age of majority where you live. You are responsible for complying with local restrictions on adult material. The site's age-confirmation cookie is a basic access notice, not identity or age verification. NudesO may introduce stronger age assurance or restrict regions when required.

Allowed content

Lawfully generated adult nudity and consensual fictional sexual themes may be posted when all depicted subjects are clearly adults, the creator has the necessary rights, the post is categorized honestly, and it does not violate the Terms or Community Guidelines.

Never allowed

• Any sexual depiction of a minor, a person presented as a minor, an age-ambiguous person, or a youth-coded character.
• Real intimate photographs or videos, even when the uploader claims consent.
• Intimate AI deepfakes or digital forgeries of an identifiable real person without that adult's affirmative consent to creation and distribution.
• Sexual violence presented as real, coercion, trafficking, exploitation, grooming, or content used for blackmail or harassment.
• Attempts to evade review through coded language, misleading categories, cropped evidence, misspellings, or private keywords.

Consent and likenesses

Consent must be specific, informed, voluntary, and given by an adult with capacity to consent. Consent to a photograph, relationship, private creation, or one distribution channel does not automatically authorize an explicit AI depiction or public posting. Consent can be withdrawn, and NudesO may remove content while evaluating a request.

Pending safety review

A narrow local text screen may hold a post when its prompt or private keywords contain possible-minor indicators. Held posts are visible to their creator but are not publicly distributed until an administrator approves them. Administrators can set the screen to off, standard, or strict. It is not image recognition and cannot establish actual age, consent, or legality.

Removal and reporting

If an intimate image depicts you, or you are an authorized representative, use the Intimate-Image Removal Process. It is available without an account and covers qualifying AI-generated digital forgeries. For other violations, use the report control or email support@nudeso.com.
