Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy

Only upload material you are legally permitted to share. AI generation does not eliminate copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, contract, dataset, or model-license obligations. NudesO may remove material and restrict repeat infringers.

Copyright notice

Send a complete notice to support@nudeso.com with the subject "Copyright Notice." Include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list of works.
3. The exact NudesO URL for each allegedly infringing item.
4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.

Knowingly making material misrepresentations may create liability. NudesO may forward the notice and your contact information to the uploader or a transparency service where lawful.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed for copyright and you believe it was a mistake or lawful use, email a counter-notice with the subject "Copyright Counter-Notice." Include your signature; the removed material and its former URL; a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and telephone number; consent to the jurisdiction required by applicable law; and consent to accept service from the original complainant. We may restore material after the applicable waiting period unless the complainant reports filing a court action.

Repeat infringement and other rights

We may terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and consider valid retractions. Trademark, impersonation, privacy, or publicity concerns should identify the right involved and supporting facts. Nonconsensual intimate imagery should use the faster Intimate-Image Removal Process, not this copyright process.

Designated-agent launch requirement

The operator must publish its legal name, physical service address, telephone number, and registered copyright-agent details here and register the same information with the U.S. Copyright Office before relying on the U.S. DMCA safe-harbor process. The support email alone does not complete that registration.
