Image Licensing and Usage Rights

Public visibility does not make a NudesO image public domain or grant a general license. Unless the creator and every applicable rights holder clearly grants permission, do not copy, redistribute, sell, train a model on, modify, publish, or commercially exploit an image.

Creator and platform rights

A creator keeps whatever rights they lawfully hold. Posting gives NudesO the limited operational license described in the Terms, including hosting, formatting, watermarking, indexing, moderation, and promotion of the Service. NudesO does not acquire or sell a creator's rights to unrelated third parties.

AI output may have uncertain protection

Copyright eligibility for AI output varies by jurisdiction and can depend on human authorship. An output can also contain protected source material, trademarks, a person's likeness, or restrictions imposed by a generator or model. A NudesO post, username, remix link, or watermark does not prove ownership or legal clearance.

Prompts and remixing

A visible Remix button lets an eligible member open the generator using the public prompt and records source attribution on an imported result. It does not license the source image, guarantee the prompt is reusable, or make the resulting output non-infringing. Review generator terms and obtain any permission your use requires.

Requesting permission

Use the creator's published website or contact information, if available, to request a written license that identifies the image, allowed uses, territory, duration, attribution, modification rights, and any fee. NudesO cannot grant permission on a creator's behalf.

Reporting a concern

For copyright or trademark concerns, follow the Copyright Policy. For a nonconsensual intimate depiction, use the Intimate-Image Removal Process. Other questions can be sent to support@nudeso.com.
