Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how NudesO collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects personal information when you use NudesO.com and related services (the "Service"). The Service is an adults-only platform dedicated to AI-generated adult imagery. Contact support@nudeso.com for privacy questions or requests.

1. Information you provide

We collect account details such as name, username, email address, password hash, profile biography, profile images, website link, and account-security settings. We also process uploaded AI images, public prompts, private discovery keywords, categories, comments, saves, follows, reactions, reports, appeals, support messages, referral information, XP, reward records, and settings.

Optional personalization includes preferred categories, which boost For You ranking, and excluded categories, which remove unwanted categories from applicable discovery surfaces. These choices may reveal sensitive interests. They are private and are not displayed on your profile.

2. Safety, legal, and takedown information

When someone submits an intimate-image removal request, we collect their name, email address, relationship to the depicted person, represented person's name if applicable, reported URLs, optional details, electronic signature, declarations, request time, and hashed network and browser signals. The name, email, represented-person name, and signature are encrypted at rest. Do not submit unnecessary identity documents or sensitive details.

Reports and moderation records may include post or profile identifiers, reasons, evidence, matched safety terms, administrator notes, decisions, appeals, content fingerprints, and removal status. Exact image fingerprints used to locate or prevent known identical copies do not recreate the underlying image.

3. Information collected automatically

We process IP addresses, keyed IP hashes, device and browser information, session identifiers, security events, request timestamps, referring pages, searches, page and post activity, views, reactions, follows, saves, advertisement impressions and clicks, and notification activity. IP addresses are encrypted where stored in identifiable account records. Network matches are fraud and payout-review signals; they do not automatically prevent account creation.

When Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, Cloudflare receives browser, device, and network information needed to evaluate possible automated activity under its own terms and privacy practices.

4. Public information and indexing

Published images, public prompts, usernames, display names, profile details, comments, levels, engagement counts, remix attribution, and other public activity can be viewed by others and may be indexed, cached, copied, or shared by search engines and third parties. Search engines and explicit-content filters may categorize the Service as adult. Private keywords, category preferences, email addresses, security information, internal fraud signals, takedown submissions, payout details, and non-public moderation evidence are not displayed publicly.

5. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure accounts; verify email; provide feeds, search, profiles, posting, remixing, comments, notifications, and the generator connection; personalize For You; enforce exclusions; calculate XP and provisional rewards; detect fake engagement and linked-account risk; moderate content; hold posts for review; investigate reports; comply with removal requests; locate and prevent known identical copies; maintain backups; respond to support; enforce our rules; and comply with law.

6. Recommendations and automated safeguards

For You ranking may use preferred categories, past interactions, follows, prompts, private discovery keywords, recency, engagement, and random discovery. Preferred categories are a booster rather than a hard filter. Excluded categories are treated as a removal preference.

A local safeguard checks prompts and private keywords for terms that may indicate a minor or age-ambiguous subject. A match can place a post in private pending-review status. The safeguard does not analyze image pixels, determine actual age, or make a final legal decision. An administrator reviews held posts. Fraud signals may similarly flag an account for human payout review without automatically restricting ordinary use.

7. Legal bases

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to perform our agreement with you, comply with legal obligations, protect vital interests and the rights and safety of users, and pursue legitimate interests in operating, securing, moderating, and improving the Service. We rely on consent where required for optional processing. You may change optional personalization at any time.

8. Service providers and disclosures

We disclose limited information to providers supporting hosting, storage, content delivery, email, bot protection, security, backup, analytics, customer support, and any future lawful payout operations. Providers process data for their services and under their own legal obligations. We may disclose information to comply with law, valid legal process, emergency requests, child-safety reporting obligations, intimate-image removal requirements, intellectual-property processes, or to protect people and the Service. Public content is disclosed whenever someone accesses it.

The optional Perchance generator is a third-party service. Opening it may disclose your IP address, browser information, prompts, and usage information to Perchance. NudesO records generator access, imported prompts, and result identifiers for limits, duplicate prevention, safety, and support.

9. Advertising and sale of information

NudesO may display clearly labeled advertisements or affiliate links and record impressions and clicks. We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use private sexual-interest preferences for third-party targeted advertising. If these practices change, we will update this Policy and provide legally required consent or opt-out controls first.

10. Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies and browser storage for login sessions, CSRF protection, email verification, passkeys, two-factor authentication, appearance, feed layout, PWA behavior, service integrity, and age-confirmation status. The age-confirmation cookie records that a visitor selected the adult confirmation and normally expires after one year; it is not proof of identity or reliable age assurance. Non-essential analytics or advertising cookies will require any notice, consent, or opt-out applicable where you live.

11. Retention

Account and content data is generally retained while an account is active. Deleted public content may remain temporarily in restricted backups. Security, network-link, fraud, reward, report, moderation, blocked-fingerprint, takedown, copyright, and legal records may be retained as reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, demonstrate compliance, resolve disputes, protect people, or satisfy legal obligations. We minimize or delete data when it is no longer reasonably necessary, subject to legal holds and backup cycles.

12. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, an appeal of certain decisions, or an opt-out from qualifying data sales or targeted advertising. You can edit profile information, remove posts, change preferred and excluded categories, manage security settings, and request account deletion through the Service. Email support@nudeso.com for other requests. We may verify identity before disclosing or changing account information.

13. Security

We use encrypted connections, one-way Argon2id password hashing, encryption for selected sensitive fields, access controls, rate limits, image decoding and re-encoding, audit records, and other safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Report a suspected security issue to support@nudeso.com.

14. Adults only

The Service is intended solely for adults and is not directed to children. People under 18 may not create accounts or use the Service. If we learn that a minor supplied personal information, we may delete or restrict the information and account, subject to safety preservation and reporting duties.

15. International processing

Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use recognized transfer safeguards and preserve mandatory local rights. Availability may be limited where adult-content, age-assurance, privacy, or platform obligations cannot be met.

16. Policy changes

We may update this Policy when the Service, vendors, or law changes. Material changes will be posted or communicated when required. The effective date identifies the current version.
