Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to NudesO.com and its related services (the "Service"). NudesO is an adults-only social platform for sharing lawfully created AI-generated adult imagery. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Adult Content and Consent Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Adults only and lawful access

You must be at least 18 years old, have reached the age of majority where you live, and be legally permitted to access explicit adult material. You must complete any age-assurance step NudesO requires. A simple age-confirmation screen does not override local law. We may restrict or block access in a jurisdiction when legally required or when reliable compliance is not reasonably available. Do not use the Service if adult content is prohibited where you are located.

2. Accounts and security

Provide accurate information, use an email address you control, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Shared networks and multiple accounts are not automatically prohibited, but accounts, devices, network history, referrals, and engagement may be linked for security, abuse, and payout review. You may not use additional accounts to evade enforcement, manipulate visibility or rewards, impersonate another person, automate activity without permission, or mislead users. We may require additional verification before sensitive actions.

3. AI-generated adult content only

Posts must be AI-generated imagery. Do not upload real intimate photographs or videos. Every depicted person or character must be unambiguously an adult. You may not post sexual content involving, portraying, resembling, or presenting anyone as a minor, including age-ambiguous or youth-coded sexual content. You may not create or share an intimate depiction of an identifiable real person without that adult person's affirmative consent, including celebrity or public-figure deepfakes.

4. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the Service for child sexual abuse material; grooming; trafficking; nonconsensual intimate imagery; sexual exploitation; extortion; credible threats; targeted harassment; doxxing; malicious impersonation; deceptive synthetic evidence; illegal violence; malware; phishing; scams; spam; copyright or trademark infringement; fake engagement; reward manipulation; scraping that violates these Terms; security testing without written authorization; ban evasion; or any unlawful activity. Attempts to disguise prohibited subjects through euphemisms, misspellings, private keywords, prompts, or image edits are also prohibited.

5. Your content and license to NudesO

You retain whatever rights you lawfully hold in your content. You grant NudesO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, re-encode, resize, watermark, display, distribute, index, moderate, and promote your content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and market the Service. This license ends when content is deleted, except for limited copies retained in backups, legal records, safety evidence, blocked-content fingerprints, and records required to prevent re-upload or comply with law.

You represent that you have all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions required for every image, prompt, likeness, name, trademark, source work, and generator you use. You are responsible for generator and model terms. NudesO does not guarantee that AI output is original, accurate, non-infringing, or eligible for copyright protection.

6. Prompts, remixes, and attribution

A public prompt may be copied or used through the Remix feature. A remix links to its source for attribution, but that link does not transfer ownership or guarantee that the prompt or resulting image is legally reusable. Private discovery keywords are not displayed publicly. Do not place confidential, identifying, illegal, or nonconsensual information in prompts or keywords.

7. Moderation and automated safeguards

We may screen text, metadata, account signals, and content; hold a post for review; limit distribution; add labels; preserve evidence; remove content; block known fingerprints; warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts; and report apparent illegal activity. The local possible-minor safeguard checks text and does not determine a person's actual age or analyze image pixels. A flag is a precaution requiring human review, not a final finding. Users may contact support@nudeso.com to appeal a moderation decision.

8. Reports and intimate-image removal

Anyone may use the Intimate-Image Removal Process without creating an account. Valid requests concerning nonconsensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated digital forgeries, are reviewed promptly. We make reasonable efforts to remove reported material and known identical copies within legally required timeframes. False or abusive submissions may be rejected and preserved as evidence. Ordinary community reports may be submitted through the controls provided on posts and profiles.

9. Copyright

Copyright owners and authorized representatives may use the process described in the Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy. We may remove material and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate. A copyright report is different from an intimate-image removal request.

10. Feeds and personalization

Recommended feeds may use preferred categories, follows, interactions, prompts, private discovery signals, post recency, global engagement, and random discovery. Preferred categories boost ranking but do not exclude other material. Excluded categories are treated as a request not to show those categories in applicable feeds and discovery surfaces. Trending rankings use recent engagement and are not endorsements. We may adjust ranking to reduce abuse, repetition, unsafe content, or manipulation.

11. Free access, XP, rewards, and referrals

The Service is currently free to use and does not offer a paid Pro subscription. XP and levels are promotional progress indicators with no cash value. If the Service displays creator earnings or dollar equivalents, they are beta, provisional accounting entries rather than deposits, wages, stored value, or guaranteed payment. Eligibility and rates may change prospectively. Invalid, automated, reciprocal, incentivized, duplicate, or fraudulent engagement earns nothing and may be reversed. Likes, follows, and eligible views may be credited once under published rules; removing eligible activity may reverse its prior credit without taking a balance below zero.

Any payout remains subject to availability of a lawful, supported payout method, identity and age checks, tax and sanctions requirements, fraud review, minimums, holds, and administrator approval. A displayed balance is not payable until a payout is expressly approved and completed. NudesO may keep rewards disabled or beta indefinitely.

12. Free third-party generator

The optional Perchance generator is a free third-party integration. Eligibility may depend on level, administrator approval, fair-use limits, and availability. Perchance has its own terms and privacy practices. The integration may change, fail, or be withdrawn, and NudesO does not control or warrant Perchance.

13. Advertisements and external links

The Service may contain clearly labeled advertisements, sponsored placements, affiliate links, and external sites. Advertisers and third parties are responsible for their content, claims, security, and privacy practices. Inclusion is not an endorsement. Do not interact with an external offer unless you understand its terms.

14. Service changes and availability

We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, rewards, limits, or the Service. We aim to provide reasonable notice of material adverse changes when practical. NudesO is not a permanent archive; keep your own copies of content you need.

15. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." NudesO disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. We do not endorse user content or guarantee the identity, consent, age, rights, legality, or accuracy represented by a user. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NudesO and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, reputation loss, or harm caused by users or third parties. NudesO's aggregate liability arising from the free Service will not exceed USD $100. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

17. Indemnity

Where permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify NudesO and its operator from third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your content, violation of another person's rights, unlawful use of the Service, or material breach of these Terms. This does not apply to losses caused by NudesO's own unlawful conduct.

18. Suspension, termination, and appeals

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, safety or legal risk, abuse, prolonged inactivity, or discontinuation. Where appropriate, we will provide a reason and an appeal path. Provisions concerning rights, retained safety records, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and disputes survive termination where legally permitted.

19. Governing requirements

These Terms are governed by laws applicable to NudesO's operator and your use of the Service, without overriding mandatory protections that apply where you live. Before filing a non-urgent claim, contact support@nudeso.com so the parties can attempt an informal resolution. Nothing limits a person's right to report illegal content, contact a regulator, or seek emergency relief.

20. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the Service or law changes. Material changes will be posted or communicated when required.
